“I was going through a lot in my personal life because of which I suffered from anxiety, panic attacks, low confidence, no self love. I blamed myself for every wrong thing that happened. I was hopeless and was not able to find a way to calm my mind and get peace somewhere. I found it hard to focus on my work. I even consulted a psychologist and took medicines to try and get over all negative thoughts, emotions , anxiety. Then one day I happened to speak with Archana and she introduced me to EFT tapping sessions. She asked me what is the most important thing that you want to focus and heal. Every session I had with her, we picked up one issue and she guided me to understand the root cause of the issues I was facing. She genuinely put in effort and skillfully guided me to help me in every possible way by triggering my thoughts but still being gentle in her approach. She guided me on how to get calm when I'm anxious, nervous, when I'm losing my confidence by tapping. With every passing session of Archana, I was surprised about the changes in me.

After all the EFT sessions with Archana, I can positively say that my confidence has returned, I accepted my flaws and I'm at peace in my mind. My anxiety has gone down, my anger issues have gone down , my focus has returned, I am less impatient.

“I suffer from depression, emotional & mental health issues, and with on-going personal issues in my life, things became extremely difficult. I was searching for new ways to manage my emotions, mental health and overall well being, when I got introduced to EFT tapping sessions by Archana. She asked me to come up with three things that were really bothering me, which I would want to get addressed. I informed her about how I hated myself for messing up my life and for making poor choices, how my memory was not as sharp as before ( embarrassing moments it resulted into) and how I thought of myself as a failure. Archana, introduced me to the tapping sessions and explained to me in detail how the tapping was to be done and we started working through my beliefs & the negative thoughts. I recently attended the masterclass of cherish motherhood and emotional support and self-care strategies . Facilitator archana told us stories of her journey and taught simple strategies which were easy to follow and practice. It was amazing that she kept it interactive, educational and entertaining at the same time. From start to finish 45 minutes was a relaxed self care masterclass which was a much needed break.
